HP Race Brands Return Policy

Return or Exchange Eligibility:

• Products purchased directly from HP Race Brands are eligible for a refund within 30 days from receiving the order.

• Products purchased through a dealer or 3rd party are not eligible for refund.

• All returns and/or exchanges require proof of purchase (receipt, Invoice, etc.).

• Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

• Any item found to be damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturer error will not be eligible for a refund.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Rejected returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

• Items purchased at discount pricing will be refunded and/or credited at the purchase price.

• Closeout, Discontinued and Remanufactured Items may not be eligible for return or refund.

30 Day Return Policy

• Refunds are issued for eligible returns received within 30 days in original condition and packaging.

• Approved returns will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment.

• All returned items may incur a minimum 7% restocking fee.

After 30 Days Exchange Policy (if applicable)

• Items returned after 30 days may qualify for exchange or store credit only.

• Approved exchanges will be processed. The customer will be responsible for the difference (if any) in product cost and return shipping charges.

• Approved credits will be applied towards future order(s). This credit can be applied to product and shipping charges.

• All exchange and credit items may incur a minimum 7% restocking fee.
