We're a fast-paced automotive performance company looking for a Marketing Associate who’s eager to learn, grow, and create killer content that gets attention.
NOTE: We’re looking for someone with some experience and knowledge of developing marketing campaigns. We’re taking our time to find the right person — someone who shares our passion, our energy, and our long-term vision.
🚗 What You’ll Do:

Write blogs, craft engaging social media posts, and help shape our brand voice

Capture awesome photos and videos at the shop and at racing events

Edit videos and visuals for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more

Help manage our content calendar and brainstorm fresh ideas that gearheads will love

Travel with the team to weekend events (and be in the office Monday morning to help share the story)

Be part of a tight-knit team that values hustle, creativity, and horsepower
🔧 What You Bring:

A passion for cars, drag racing, and a basic understanding of what makes them fast

Strong interest in content creation, from blog writing to reels and long-form video
-
Photography and video editing chops (bonus points if you’ve shot racing content!)

A good eye for graphic design (even better if you know your way around Adobe Creative Suite)

Willingness to be in-office daily (we’re located in Hebron, IN) and attend off-site events

A go-getter attitude, creative thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
